This is a play originally by William Shakespeare but redone and directed by Ronald Schwartz to be slightly more modern.
I really thought the acting was good. Everyone had good expressions and remembered all of their lines. I especially liked Gremio. He seemed to bring a lot of the comedy into play. I thought the costumes were very well made and very nice. Another thing I liked was the Dancing with the Stars like routine that Katharina and Pertruchio did. I'm sure that took a lot of practice and they executed it very well. One thing I did not really like was the script. I know it's a Shakespeare play, but since it was supposed to be modern it would've been nice if the lines were more modern also. I couldn't understand anything they were saying which made it harder to follow along.
Overall, I thought it was done well and there were some talented actors/actresses that made the play enjoyable.
